I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view overlooking the pool, but they were a bit dusty and musty, and unfortunately, the noise from room 2 kept me up all night. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was a slight misunderstanding during check-out. The central location was convenient for exploring Aireys Inlet and the Great Ocean Road, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was good, especially with the delicious chopped salads. The facilities were adequate, but not outstanding.

The service was helpful in the filling out of an unfamiliar digital form, very friendly, and welcoming.
